About Erin

I grew up babysitting children and working with children through outreach ministries in my church. When I was choosing a vocation, teaching was the only thing that made sense to me. I graduated with a degree in secondary education in P.E. and Science. I have worked in special education classrooms and have also taught health and physical education for sixth through tenth grade. It was through my teaching years that I was connected with a family that had five children, one being mentally disabled. I was hired full-time as the family's nanny/assistant. I primarily worked with caring for the children, but I did heavy housekeeping, travel support, meal prep and home organization. In the following years, I worked for families with infants through middle school students. I have also cared for multiples. Caring for children is the most natural thing for me.
