Hello! My name is Erin. I've worked with children with special needs for about 4-5 years. I've been working with kids for over 10 years, but I particularly love caring for special needs. I enjoy the extra push and patience required for some of the kids I've had the pleasure of working with. I've helped families with children who have speech delays, some who were non-verbal, wheelchair confined, blind, etc. I have developed great relationships with some of my kids. I have a great amount of passion, love and patience with all of them. I enjoy being a positive part of their day and being able to brighten their spirits, help out, or simply help make their daily routines easier or more fun. I am a very unique individual and have a great amount of compassion and love for helping out. I am seeking a family who I can work with full-time, long-term, and develop a positive dynamic.
