About Erin

I'd describe my personality as laidback, kind, and respectful. I like caring for seniors because it's a rewarding experience. I learn so much from conversations with seniors and I truly feel it's my calling. I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility, a slow life, and a peace of mind. I started caring for seniors when I was 15 years old, as a caregiver for great grandmother during hours after school. I became a paid caregiver in 2005 a year after I graduated from high school. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, read books, and journaling. One thing you should know about me is I am really passionate about caring for others. I'm naturally a shy but friendly person and sensitive to others emotionally needs. My skills include being knowledgeable about transfers including using lifts, assisting in personal care, and incontinent care.
