I have been using Erin to care for my children (now 11 and 7) for over 4 years including prior to, during, and after the pandemic. What is evident with Erin is her love and compassion for children. Her kind but stern approach allows her care for my kids where they respect her authority but also appreciate her when they need loves. Erin originally was a "Mother's Helper" where she picked up my children from school, brought them home, and fed them dinner prior to my husband and I getting home from work. This allowed my kids to spend a bit less time in school childcare and get them home and settled. Erin has continued to watch our children for date nights and has also stayed overnight with my children for overnights away. She has been a true asset to our family and our children's lives.
