Erin is a lovely young lady. She is mature, articulate and responsible. She has coached young swimmers for my swim team for four summers now and she is incredible working with the kids. She recognized early on that each kid is special and needs to be coached a different way. She is patient and encouraging with the kids and respectful with the adults and parents. I recommend her without hesitation.
