About Erin

Hi I'm Erin, and I am a dedicated tutor and caregiver. I've been tutoring for two years and have immensely enjoyed helping all of my students learn and grow past what they previously thought possible. I love working with children and the energy the bring to any situation. Growing up I was taught that learning is a lifelong process and it's been invaluable in my adult life. That's probably the number one thing I hope to teach all of the kids I work with. I work very slowly and used to receive extra time on tests in school, that recognition and accommodation helped me reach my true potential and I ended up going to a competitive college. I'll always appreciate that so I take extra care to learn how kids interact with the world and absorb information. My hope is that the kids I work with appreciate their unique way of learning and interacting with the world and have the tools to cultivate that in the adult lives.
