About Erin
Experience: 10 yrs
Literacy is something close to my heart. I love teaching young children how to read and sharing the world of books with them. I have a BS in Early Childhood Education and an MA in Elementary Reading. I taught kindergarten for 11 years, so I have insight into what is expected of incoming kindergarteners as well as rising first graders. I would like to offer my services as a tutor for Kindergarten readiness and early literacy. I am also able to tutor older elementary students who are struggling with reading to help them reach grade level. As a current homeschooling mom, I am also comfortable tutoring in elementary math, or helping with homework. I would love to meet with you and your child to see how we can help them be successful!
