I started pet sitting in 2018 and have mainly looked after cats, but I am open to other types of animals! I've owned reptiles, cats, and dogs, as well as the occasional fish. My current cat was found as a feral kitten and I've slowly built up her trust over this past year. When I was 13 my family got a boxer, pit bull, Rhodesian ridgeback mix from our local shelter. She turned out to be dog aggressive & very reactive to loud noises (mainly motorcycles). Since then she has mellowed out mainly due to arthritis, but I had to learn how to handle her on walks when we would encounter other dogs, and how to communicate to other dog owners that she wasn't dog friendly.
