I believe the best care givers are an extension of the parents and my role is to provide a safe environment filled with fun and attention. I have a special talent for caring for babies and young children, and am very helpful with working on routines and nap schedules. I also look for ways to connect with children by sharing personal stories of my own boys that reflect similar interests or situations.

Erin has worked for us for the past 10 moths on a part/full time basis and we couldn't be more pleased. She primarily cared for our two year old and six year old after school. We have found her to be extremely dependable and handled our very unpredictable schedule with ease. She spent the day talking our two year old to the library, park, preparing lunch and planning other fun activities. She was also responsible for picking up our oldest son from school and assisting with his homework. We have found her to be very caring, attentive, creative and patient, but firm when needed. Both kids love spending time with her. With a third on the way our needs are changing. We would highly recommend Erin as a caregiver for your children!
