Hello, Families! Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I have been working with children since about November of 2014. Over time, I have had the privilege to become acquainted with a number of very special people, and have developed happy relationships with parents and their little ones who have come under my care. I have cared for children between the ages of a few months to preteens. I have worked with multiples -- five sets of infant or toddler s during different time periods. I am currently working towards becoming a Certified Newborn Care Specialist (CNCS). I have completed the Newborn Care Specialist and Advanced Sleep Training courses through the Newborn Care Training Academy. I am CPR-Certified and trained in First Aid and Preventative Health and Safety. I speak Spanish conversationally, and use very basic Sign Language in communicating with children who may not yet be able to verbally communicate their needs. Thank you for your time!

We hired Erin to watch our 12 month old son twice a week once I went back to work. This is our first baby so I was very anxious leaving him but Erin has done a great job making us feel comfortable. It has only been a couple months but we have been very happy so far. She is very attentive to his needs and we can tell she really cares about him. I appreciate how clean she is too because I'm slightly OCD. She is always washing her hands and staying on top of diaper changes. She picks up after him and does his laundry, which is wonderful! She is also dependable and flexible. We have been very pleased so far. :)
