I have been a behavioral technician for children with autism for over two years with a passion to become a speech language pathologist. Working in homes, I aim to provide reliable care and support to families. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and approachability, allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. Respecting parental guidance, I ensure a consistent and nurturing environment for the children in my care. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, and I am happy to assist with tasks like carpooling, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming activities.
