I provide verbal communication at pickup and offer regular updates via text or phone calls, ensuring parents are informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure the children understand and adhere to them. My approach to playing with children includes a variety of outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles, catering to different interests and developmental needs.
