About Erin

Hello. I am so excited to meet you and your family and to become a PART of your family! I have over 10 years of professional experience working with ages newborn up to pre-teen. While my main focus is always on safety, there is never a lack of exploration and fun! Outdoor play is key as I feel it helps strengthen a child's connection with our natural surroundings while encouraging free-spirited play. I value strong communication between parents and myself, and feel that it's so important to always be on the same page when it comes to how we are raising YOUR child. Positive praise had almost always worked as an advantage in resetting negative behavior, and I feel that children need to feel respected just as adults. I have experience with special needs including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, and Quadriplegia.
