Erilyn applied for our job posting, we confirmed a phone screen date and time. Unfortunately, she didn't call or text at scheduled time. A day later (17 hours) after she had failed to communicate she requested a new date/time. When I declined her offer due to her lack of attention to details, she got snarky over text.
