I'd describe my personality as assertive yet cautious, kind, intellectual. I like working with animals because I find their needs and motivations easy to understand, and it is rewarding to care for them as they recognize that care intuitively. I'm looking for a job that enables me to take care of pets and/or home for a while as I also work from home. Having had pets since I was a young kid, I have also been taking care of my parents' two standard blue poodles, Brazen and Weezy, for the last three years. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, read, watch television, study languages, enjoy fine cooking and wine, and work on creative and scholarly research projects. My skills include walking, hikes, rides, and playtime, some training and positive behavior reinforcement, administering healthy diet and treats regime, some experience in medical care and grooming but not extensive, good with creating and consistently maintaining a calming and comforting environment and routine.
