About Erika

I've been caring for children of all ages and levels of need for over two decades. Motivated by my passion for fostering children's growth and development, I have a wealth of experience as a caregiver, including babysitting and nannying. I graduated with my Master's in speech-language pathology in 2021 and have worked in early intervention for the past three years, focusing on children's language development from ages 0-3 years old. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I communicate openly with parents about their child's day through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
