About Erika

I am a patient, friendly, and dedicated nanny with 10 years of experience caring for children in a variety of settings. In addition to my background as a nanny, I have trained and worked as an ABA therapist, supporting children with special needs and developmental delays. I am passionate about child development, teaching social communication skills, and creating a learning environment that meets each child where they are. As a nanny, I engage children in reading, writing, arts, cooking, healthy eating, imaginative play, music, movement, language (English & Spanish), outdoor activities, and nature walks. I believe in learning through play and love helping children reach developmental milestones while having fun. Beyond childcare, I also support families by running errands, decluttering and organizing, coordinating household services, planning healthy meals, and driving children to activities.
