Hey there! I'm Erika, I am from a family of five girls. My oldest sister has three daughters that I have helped care for as they grew up, my little sister also had a little girl in June 2023 so I do have a lot of experience with children. I have graduated with my Bachelors in Social Work and minor in Psychology. I am currently a Behavioral Therapist providing in-home therapy for children with autism under the age of seven, currently working on obtaining my masters in education. Prior to becoming a full time employee and student, I was a full-time nanny for almost 2 years. I also provide care for my grandmother and part time date night sitting as I am looking for more hours. I have available hours to provide additional care as a nanny on the weekends, early mornings, and evenings.

We have had Erika caring for our three daughters for about a year now, and we can't say enough good things about her. Whenever Erika is with our girls, we have a real sense of peace of mind. Our girls absolutely adore her and ask to see her multiple times a week! Erika goes above and beyond her duties as a nanny, always willing to help out in any way she can. She has even done our dishes on a few occasions! She would do it every time if we let her! One of the things that initially drew us to Erika was her experience working with children with disabilities. Our youngest daughter is autistic with food allergies, and we were hesitant to leave her with someone who wasn't qualified to handle her specific needs. Erika's experience made us feel incredibly comfortable having her care for our daughter. We highly recommend Erika to any family looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny.
