Erika has cared for my kiddos over a year and it has been such a weight lifted off my husband and I shoulders! Erika has so much compassion and understanding for our younger ones and she provides a steady schedule of dinner times and chores and homework for our older ones. Having kids of different age groups and maturity can be difficult but erika handle it like a breeze! I can not recommend Erika enough, she is so passionate about childcare, we are so happy to have her a part of our family!
