We've used Erika lately for a few weekends and have so enjoyed her help! Our very shy baby warmed up to her immediately and didn't even seem nervous when she came back for another time and started playing quickly. My daughter was feeling shy and Erika was so respectful and gave her some space to feel more comfortable. We love her flexibility and will definitely be using her in the future!
