I've been babysitting ever since I was 12 y/o. It started out as watching over the younger kids in my neighborhood since I was the oldest kid there. In addition to this, I'd play with and watch over my younger cousins at family reunions while they were infants-toddlers. I volunteered at a local church through a youth bible program for 3-4 years every Sunday during the school year, so I have experience teaching kids (4-8 y/o) new words in a fun way. In addition to this, I've participated in special needs field days (2 times), which were hosted by my high school every year, and I care take occasionally for a autistic teenager. I'm always open to hearing new suggestions or to being given specific routines that need to be followed!

Erika is my 3 year old daughter's absolute favorite sitter! I love having her babysit too. She's punctual, dependable, and has even made herself available at the last minute when I had projects at work to complete. She plays with my daughter, reads to her, and has even brought activity material. Every time she babysits, my daughter asks me to see her the next day, and then again the day after that. Erika also does light housework when asked like folding laundry and I appreciate that so much. I would hire Erika again in a heartbeat and she's always my first choice before I reach out to any other sitter.
