About Erika

I am a caring and experienced childcare provider, passionate about fostering child growth and development. With over eight years of experience, I have a deep understanding of how to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children of all ages. My approach to childcare centers on patience, open communication, and a genuine love for children based on respect. I believe every child is unique and deserves individualized attention. I am a psychologist by profession and have taught in a Montessori school, which has allowed me to learn and develop greater skills in understanding human behavior, especially in children who are growing and progressing through different stages. I am Colombian, and for me, it would be a great opportunity for a second language like Spanish to be considered. I learn every day in areas of child development as well as English.
