Hi! I'm Erika - a compassionate childcare provider with Bachelor's Degrees in Child Development and Speech Pathology. I have experience supporting preschool-aged children, especially those with speech and language delays. Most recently, I worked as a Toddler Teacher at a preschool, where I loved fostering curiosity, independence, and early learning through play and daily lessons. I bring over 10 years of experience in both early childhood education and the service industry, giving me a unique blend of patience, communication skills, and adaptability. I'm currently looking for a part-time nanny position and would love to support a family that values developmental growth and nurturing care.
