About Erika

Hi! I'm Erika! I have 3+ years of childcare experience for children 1-15 years of age. I'm organized and creative. I'm also a musician and have experience in teaching piano, voice, and composition, and love incorporating music into childcare. I also have several years of administrative experience, so would be happy to coordinate scheduling, organizing, and errand-running into my responsibilities. I'd describe my personality as gentle, friendly, and hard-working. I like working with kids because I find them to be such a joy. They are so special, smart, and silly. It is an honor to provide care and a safe space for them to grow! I started working with kids when I was about 12--I helped my sister babysit our younger family friends, and then during my undergrad I became a regular nanny for the William's. In my spare time, I like to write music, sing, go on hikes, read, and go to comedy shows in fun LA neighborhoods!
