About Erika

I am a dedicated preschool teacher with four years of experience working in various schools throughout the Miami area. My teaching philosophy is deeply inspired by both the Montessori and hands-on, child-centered learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity, and independence. I have completed over 120 hours of Children and Family Childcare training, which has enriched my ability to support the developmental needs of young children. Additionally, I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (Preschool Bilingual) and I am in the process of completing a National Administrator Credential for childcare management.
