About Erika

I am a physical therapist with 23 years experience, treating mostly seniors in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient care, and home health. I was also my dad's caregiver for several years following a stroke. I love helping people but often feel hindered in the medical world by insurance and paperwork. I know how difficult it is to find a caring, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable caregiver. I can be that person and make a positive difference in you or you loved one's day-to-day life. I can assist with all aspects of daily care including dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring, medications, cooking, light cleaning, transportation to appointments, as well as walking assistance and exercise.
