Erika has been an outstanding nanny for our 2 and 5-year-old children over the few months. She has a wonderful ability to balance the different needs of our toddler and kindergartner, ensuring both are happy and well cared for. Erika is reliable and always on time, bringing a positive energy that our kids adore. She plans activities that are both fun and educational, tailored to the developmental stages of both children.
