Erika was prompt, brought her own equipment (had not seen a steamer before). She got the job done and in no way made me feel lazy for not doing it myself. She is personable and was willing to listen to the idiosyncrasies of various cleaning needs. I really enjoy her company and she is a very nice young lady.
