It is a sincere pleasure to write this recommendation on behalf of Erika. Erika was our full time nanny from when my daughter was just a few months old through toddler years. She has become an integral part of our family and has helped us in countless ways, far beyond just the childcare duties. Our family decided to relocate to Maine, and the hardest part of the decision was knowing we'd have to say goodbye to Erika. Erika was amazing with our daughter and our daughter loves her tremendously. She guided our daughter through learning and enrichment activities on a daily basis, taking on different "lessons" as she begins to hit her various milestones. Inside the home they work on learning new words, developing creative skills, caring for her dolls and much more. Outside the home Erika takes her to the park to explore, the library, music class and the play gym to just name a few. They are always busy and having fun together! Any family would be lucky to work with her!
