Hello! My name is Erika, I am 22 years old and have always had a passion for children. I started working in my church nursery when I was 11 years old. From there I have babysat children for 8 years between the ages of 0-12. I also worked in a daycare for 4 years with ages 0-6. I was a float teacher for two and a half years and switched between all the classrooms. I was then the lead 2-year-old teacher for a year and a half. I am CPR and first aid certified. I love working with kids because I love seeing things from their eyes, they make me happier and a more positive person as I watch them grow, learn and develop their own personalities. My skills include good communication, patience, problem solving and creativity.

Erika has been a wonderful caretaker for our children. She has been a part of our family since our oldest was 3. We now have a 5, 3, and 1 year old. She is always on time, does fun activities with the kids, keeps them happy and entertained and always has a positive attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
