We were excited to have Erika on board as a part-time nanny. But she stopped showing up all of a sudden, didn’t text or call, didn’t respond to our efforts to communicate. Initially, we were worried she got into an accident. But it seems like that is not the case. It appears that we simply got ghosted. I wanted to share our experience as we felt so blindsided.
