About Erika

Hii, my name is Erika and here are a few things about me :) I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, and an overall easy person to get along with. I am always finding ways to connect with the kids that I watch and being more of a friend than a babysitter while still being able to maintain the rules of the house. I have always had a positive experience with babysitting from both the parents and the kids. I'm looking for a job that allows me to not only work but also gives me the flexibility to maintain my schoolwork. I am a full time college student, My classes are completely online and with that does come a lot of commitment to studying and completing assignments. I started working with kids when I was about 13 for family and friends and then, when I was 16 I began working with families in my neighborhood. Since then I feel as though I have gained a lot more experience and become very comfortable with the idea of continuing this full time. I also have my own transportation :)
