So I found Erica through an app and reached out to her. From talking to her she sounded really courteous and polite. We booked an initial appointment for her to come over and see my house to make an estimate beforehand. She did and we were able to negotiate a fair price that was reasonable for the both of us. On the day of the cleaning she arrived on time and got straight to work and was done at a reasonable time and she did a great job cleaning and organizing. Definitely using her again and recommend her. She is courteous, polite, professional, efficient and reasonable with how much she charges. 5 stars
