Erika is an amazing nanny! She has been with our family for over a year now, and she has been a huge help to us. She has great energy and keeps up with our active toddler, keeping him engaged and entertained (without screens!), whether that's at home or taking him out in the neighborhood or to a park. She's also teaching him some words in Spanish! She takes care of so much more than our son, too -- helping with cooking and chores during naptime or free moments throughout the day. Erika is also flexible to work with us when we have schedule changes or want to go on a date night. She's punctual, a great communicator, thoughtful, and compassionate. We love Erika!
