Erika was beyond amazing as a summer nanny for our then 20 month old. She was always early, dependable, & replicated our parenting style. She utilized all our Montessori learning toys & focused on helping our toddler learn through play, which was our priority. I always felt like my child was extremely safe, loved, & cared for. Our child started a toddler program in preparation to welcome baby #2 or we would still have Erika for our caretaker.
