Erika has been fantastic our two children! She is so patient, kind, caring, and thoughtful. She is dependable and goes out of her way to keep our children engaged while in her care. We did not discuss any cleaning or household chores as part of our arrangement; however, Erika has taken it upon herself to help with cleaning during downtime when our youngest is napping. This has been so helpful and greatly appreciated! She always leaves with everything in order. We are so thankful we found Erika!
