About Erika

My name is Erika; I'm a newborn care specialist and postpartum Doula. I've been working as a nanny, Montessori teacher, and most recently a postpartum Doula, for the past 7 years. I have had the pleasure of helping 9 families in the UK, USA, and Europe so far with their babies. What can I help with? -Think of a nanny, specifically for newborn babies! my role is to help with the daily or nightly care of newborns and facilitate the rest and recuperation of mum post-birth. Help looks different to everyone, but may include some or all of the following: Lactation consultancy/breastfeeding guidance. Cooking/meal prep. Running errands. sleep 'training' older babies. Newborn care instruction and guidance for first-time parents. Occasional care of older siblings. Typically, I work with families from the birth of a child until six months. I'm also able to offer one-time advice on feeding, schedules, sleep, etc. Please reach out with any Questions!
