I am a Habilitation Specialist at a Human Services agency here on Long Island! I work with clients with a range of intellectual, developmental, and physical needs as well as moderate to severe mental health needs. I love working with people, their families and support teams to provide positive support, encouraging personal development and facilitating the achievement of personal goals. I am currently looking for part-time positions that work with my current work schedule (7am-3 p.m. Monday through Friday). I have experience providing services in a client's residence as well as in the community, with a focus on recreation and skill building. I am willing to provide transportation to/from appointments if necessary or help out wherever else I am needed!
