Hi! I'm Ericka. I have been working with children on and off for the last 11 years. I have cared for children ages newborn to teenage. I also have 4+ years experience working full time as a direct support professional for individuals with developmental disabilities. I feel I am able to be a fun and sensitive caregiver, while still ensuring important routines are kept. I would be happy to provide references.
