Over the past 10 years, I have had the joy of working with children of various abilities from ages 2 weeks to 18 years as an educator, nanny/ childcare provider, and an assistant with artistic organizations. My work has taken place in a variety of environments: in the home, school, church, the park or hotel stays. I'm excited for the opportunity to work with another family after having been with one for several years, and even welcomed my own baby in January 2024. My duties and experience have consisted of child monitoring, tutoring, transportation, light housekeeping, and instruction in reading, writing, and basic music literacy. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to nurture and encourage social and creative development through stimulating activities outside, nutritious meals, and cultivating a love for the arts and exploration of the world around us through reading, games, music, art, and outdoor excursions.

Ericka was our nanny for 2+ years, and we still use her occasionally for date nights (November 2020-December 2023). We stopped because our kids started school. She is truly the best person all around and has become a family friend. She taught our kids sign language from a very young age, was very good about following my crazy schedules, and always so active with two crazy toddlers. She enabled me to continue to work, because I thought we’d never find someone who could give my kids the love they needed in my absence. She is completely trustworthy and always extremely punctual. I couldn’t recommend her more!!
