Erika is kind, thoughtful, dependable, sincere, trustworthy, and perhaps most importantly, professional, reliable and experienced. She not only is a nanny, but also was incredibly helpful for both of us as first time parents in establishing good routines for feeding as well as sleeping for our children (twins) and if issues arose during the day, she was our go-to person. She treated our kiddos like her own, with an abundance of love and care, with utmost patience. We were sad when her time with us ended (we moved to texas) as her and our children had forged a truly sweet and special. We definitely recommend her!
