Hello, - I have my Associates Degree and I am working towards my Psychology Bachelor's degree. - I have extensive experience with individuals who have intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, bipolar, etc. -I have nannied for many families with children between the ages of 18months-9 years old. -The past 7 years I have worked as a caregiver and job coach for those who are developmentally disabled. I also assisted 2 adoptive families with 5 kids each (2-9 age range) who all had special needs. -I was in charge of helping with hygiene, basic cooking and assisting with feeding, cleaning, passing medications, creating activities/outings that are positive and enriching, and assisting with other needs required by the individual and household. -I am a photographer/painter so I would be very involved with arts and crafts. I am very active as well and love to play!

Ericka is committed. When she confirms she is going to help you on the days you agreed, she will be there on time. She is also very patient with our child and reliable. Will continue to hire Ericka for the days that we need help. Among the baby sitters that helped us so far, she is the best. Definitely will recommend her.
