About Ericka

I'm a Hope Scholar and honors college student with a 3. 5 GPA that works to offset the costs of college by serving as a nurturing childcare provider. I am a Biology Pre-Med major planning to one day become an anesthesiologist. I have a real passion for helping kids grow and thrive. I bring a calm, patient approach and love finding creative ways to keep kids engaged, whether through fun games, puzzles, or activities. I believe in working closely with parents, using their preferred communication style to build a strong partnership and ensure we're always on the same page. I respect and follow household rules, as well as, rely on my own experience to make thoughtful decisions in caring for the children in my supervision. With CPR training and hands-on experience as an older sibling responsible for caring for a younger brother (including transporting him to school and activities) I'm ready to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for up to three kids, from toddlers to preteens.
