Ericka has been one of my team of 5 caregivers for over 10 years. Her positive and cheerful nature make her a delight to have around. She loves helping people and it shows. She never complains when I ask her to help with something messy or difficult. She has never made me feel like I am imposing on her as other helpers have done in the past,. She coordinates well with the others on my team when schedule changes are required. Ericka is level-headed and is someone I can rely on her in a crisis. Ericka is one of my most valued caregivers whom I am lucky enough to call my friend.
