About Kit

Hi! My name is Kit (he/him). I grew up in Colorado, but have lived all over. I first came to Washington in 2020 to attend WWU. In 2023 I graduated, receiving a bachelor's degree in Law, Diversity, and Justice. Currently, I work as a legislative assistant to a state senator. Since the legislative session is in the interim, I work from my home in Capitol Hill. I am looking to make extra income while doing something I enjoy. I am a trans-man, and I value social justice. I would be a great addition to like-minded families. I have years of experience working with kids of all ages, but I've worked predominantly with ages 9-14. I have a background in recreation and love incorporating outdoor education into my care- Ask me about my years working at summer camp! I am a wilderness first responder, a safe driver, and a decent cook. I also have experience with housekeeping and can assist in household management where needed. I am looking forward to connecting!
