Erica has been with us since our now 2 1/2 year old was a newborn. From the very beginning, Erica has been a calm, caring and reliable presence in our lives, and has become a member of our family. She goes above and beyond in all aspects of caring for our toddler, and is a patient and kind teacher and friend. She is a warmhearted person, and truly connects with kids - our daughter adores her.
