Erica has been with our family since our son was 2 months old, and I cannot express enough how much we adore her. She was meant to be a temporary nanny while we searched for full-time help, as she was already committed to another family. Despite our best efforts to keep her full-time, her loyalty to her existing family only made us want her more. We interviewed many nannies before and after, but we knew Erica was “the one” before we even checked her glowing references. Erica’s kindness, soft-spoken nature, and her ability to follow our wishes without interjecting personal opinions (something many other nannies attempted) gave us complete peace of mind. As a somewhat neurotic mom, I’m not the easiest to work with, but Erica consistently went above and beyond to care for our baby in a way that made me feel secure and calm. She kept our son fed, happy, clean, engaged, and on schedule. She did his laundry, made his food, and even rocked him to sleep—without complaint—because I never became ready to sleep train. She was never late, always organized, and took such great care in everything she did. Her impact on our son’s development was undeniable, and we even noticed he started picking up a bit of Spanish! The love and care she put into her time with us is something we’ll always cherish. After nearly two years, despite every effort, we couldn’t make the scheduling work anymore. We are heartbroken to part ways, but any family lucky enough to have Erica as their nanny is truly blessed. Thank you, Erica, for everything you’ve done for our family—you are truly a godsend.
