I am currently in the process of a career change and I am looking into online counseling degree programs to attend. Given my love and connection to children, I am hoping to find work caring for children as I complete this degree, which will be a 1-2 year program. Given that the program I will attend will be online, my availability is extremely flexible as I will be able to work around your schedule. I am open to both part and full time opportunities. I have over 15 years of extensive child care experience. Some highlights include: - 2018 - Present: Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteer, appointed by a judge to advocate for the best interests of children in foster care who have been abused or neglected, in court, personal, medical, educational, etc. settings - 2013: Volunteer at preschool in Philadelphia for low income families, ages 2-5 - 2010 - 2012: Full time nanny for a 2-year-old and infant while I completed my graduate degree.
