About Erica

In 2022, I was seeking meaningful work in a new environment after several years helping launch a tech startup -- and so began my work as a senior caregiver. What suits me to this work? I love people and have a servant's heart. My warm personality, ability to empathize and strong communication skills enable me to forge relationships at various levels. I am creative and enjoy several hobbies, including photography, paper crafts, baking and graphic design. Meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care tasks are second nature for me, having raised five children. Since 2022, I have worked at a continuing care retirement community, helping seniors stay as independent as possible in the comfort of their homes.
