I'm currently a part time Care Companion with Duet Care. I was trained as a nurse assistant back in 2009, and have been a caregiver in some capacity for over 15 years. I worked with dementia clients from 2009 to 2013. And again beginning in 2020. In between I worked as a preschool teacher, doula, house manager and nanny. I specialize in working with adults who identify with AUDHD, autistism, dementia, and Alzheimer's. As a Care Companion, I am a non-medical professional who helps my client meet their daily living needs and to connect with their interests.
