I've always been passionate about working with children, volunteering as a summer TA at my elementary school for four years. Watching children grow and develop is a privilege that I cherish as a childcare provider. With six additional years of working experience caring for children aged 0 to 11, I believe in building trust and maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor while taking the initiative when necessary. My approach to communication with parents is flexible, whether it's daily reports or real-time updates, as long as expectations are set from the start. I am comfortable adapting to different household rules and parenting styles, as long as there's consistency. Playing board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games are some of my favorite ways to engage children. I hold CPR Training certification and am proficient in English and Tagalog. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming activities.
